Order Processing Times

Orders usually take 3-5 business days before they are shipped- holidays and weekends are excluded. Processing times can be slightly longer during sales and holidays.

BLACK FRIDAY 

Processing and Shipping Time is 7-10 Business Days due to high volume. Please allow your order to process within this window. If for any reason you need rush shipping please put this information in the "notes" in the checkout page.

Shipping

All Domestic Orders are processed and shipped through USPS. It usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive via priority option. If you have a question regarding your tracking or order status please contact us directly at lounolancandleco@gmail.com. If your package has been lost through USPS please file a claim before reporting lost merchandise to us. We cannot assist with lost orders without a claim number.
